Moringa is a tropical plant —->
that has been made into a powder for your convenience. It’s one of the more interesting ‘superfoods’ in the fact that it is a powerful plant source containing calcium, protein, B12 and iron.. I have the brand Organic Traditions currently and am working through it 1tsp at a time. Here are the properties:
– high in iron
– high in calcium
– high in vitamin c
– high in protein – contains all essential amino acids! .
– high in vitamin B12 and the other B vitamins
– high in anti-oxidants and trace minerals.
I usually mix it into smoothies or into juice. It has a very faint fruity flavour and almost has a hot sensation as an after-taste, like cayenne. Check it out!
