Warrior Chocolate!

If you’re tired of being tired, power up your energy and start your morning right with this delicious and nutritious wake up call. This drink is also perfect for that 3pm energy dip we all go through. Keep your adrenal glands happy and balance your blood sugars with Warrior Chocolate!

1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy alternative)
1 cup water
4 Medjool dates, pitted
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tsp or 1 tbsp maca powder (depending on if you have tried maca before, some people experience a bit of stomach upset when using too much)
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp almond butter
* 1 dash cayenne pepper (*can also substitute for a dash of cinnamon)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! You can also heat this baby up on the stove once it’s mixed for a cozier energy boost in the winter.
