Start the new year with these delicious home-made Reeses cups – sweet and simple!
Here’s the original recipe post from This Rawsome Vegan Life which I was inspired by.
**A few changes**
– I had to use peanut butter cause we’re all out of almond butter, but you can really use any nut butter you want. I imagine this would be even better with hazlenut butter! Don’t forget if you have allergies or are prone to mold irritation, stay away from peanuts and cashews as they are naturally very moldy nuts.
– I used Camino cocoa powder (fair trade) and maple syrup as the sweetener
– For the holidays I received 4 silicone muffin cups as a present, and used them to shape my delicious treat! They are now my new favourite kitchen supply and everything I make will now be in the shape of a muffin or Reeses cup. 😛
